Shade was sitting on her couch, in her home. She was kinda tired right now, but that's what she got for staying up all night watching scary movies.

She ran her hand through her thick, raven black hair, then pulled it up into a pony tail.

She walked, well, more like stumbled, sleepily into the the kitchen to look for something to eat before her stomach started to complain any louder.

She searched through it, she was unable to find anything breakfast-worthy, so she stole one of Lawliet's cupcakes. She ate it quickly, it was a bit too sugary fo her taste, but it would work for now.

She turned at woke up almost instantly at what she saw. Her eyes grew as wide as saucers.
"Hello, Shade." Came a cool, smooth as oil voice.
Moshi looked Shade up and down and shook his head as if ashamed. "I see you are no better then you were before." He spat out at her.
She now narrowed her eyes. She knew what he was talking about.
"You don't even know what happened." She hissed.
He glared at her. "Don't speak to me that way!" He said loudly, before grabbing a fistful of Shade'shair. She let out a yelp as he jerked her towards him roughly.
"I'll teach you how to speak to an adult!" He snapped; throwing her to the ground.
"Get up!" He barked. She scrambled to get up trying to move as quickly as possible. He hit her across the face with enough force to snap her head to one direction.

At that moment Lawliet and Gunn came in apparently not talking that much. Now Lawliet wasn't one to get angry. At this moment he heard Moshi and Shade. Without taking to much thought in the matter he took out a gun and walked into the kitchen.
"I suggest you leave. Now." Lawliet said looking oddly dark.

[Platinum]

Moshi turned to face the man that had kicked him out of the home. He smirked darkly.
"Leave." Gunn said, repeating what Lawliet had said.

[LoneWolf]

Lawliet glanced at Gunn. "I don't know why you are smirking. But you can do it elsewhere. Because if you don't leave I will not hesitate to shoot." He said in a monotone voice.

Moshi pulled a frightened Shade infront of him. She came up to about his chest. He placed his hands on her shoulders and shook her slightly, his grip getting tighter.
"Will you hesitate now?" He asked, his smirk growing.
"Let go of me!" Snapped Shade, yanking out of her uncle's grip for a moment, but her snatched her back.
"Don't try and run from me again!" He yelled at her.

[LoneWolf]

"Okay." Lawliet looked at Gunn. "You did say you wanted to beat him up." He said still monotone as he put his gun back on his belt. Since he was smart enough not to set it down somewhere.

Gunn grinned. "It'll be my pleasure." He said with a smirk. Moshi looked unscared by him.
"You can't get to me unless you get Shade out of the way, first." He said smoothly, tightening his grip on her shoulders even more.

[LoneWolf]

"Where are all the vampires when we need them?" Lawliet asked with a sigh. At the moment he was trying to think of what to do. But at the moment he was trying to play Moshi's strengths and weaknesses. If only he knew more of them. What he did know was that Moshi would probably kill Shade. That's what angered Lawliet. "Okay. Then let her go and we'll let you out of the house unharmed and without a lawsuit." He said trying to reason. Although Moshi didn't seem like the easiest person to reason with.

Moshi snorted.
"And like the word of an insane police officer and a juvenile delinquent would hold up to much in a courtroom." He said.

[LoneWolf]

"It would if there is proper evidence and there is plenty." Lawliet replied unscathed by Moshi's tone and word usage. "What if I say please?" Lawliet asked still monotone.

[Platinum]

Moshi blinked. The last sentence had definately confused him.

Gunn used the moment to practically rip Shade out of Moshi's grasp. He glared daggers at Moshi. Shade seemed to breath again.
"How 'bout we just beat the crap out of him?" Asked Gunn.

[LoneWolf]

"Hm... Now that Shade is safe sounds good to me." Lawliet replied stepping slightly in front of Shade. Moshi wasn't going to grab her again. At least not that easily.

[Platinum]

Moshi seemed still unfrightened.
"You can't hurt me." He hissed out.

[LoneWolf]

"Two against one plus I've got a gun." Lawliet said simply. "I believe that we can hurt you." He finished still monotone.

[Platinum]

Moshi narrowed his eyes.

Shade glared at Moshi.
Moshi shot Shade an icy cold look, then looked back up at Lawliet and Gunn.
"Fine." He spat out. "I'll leave..." He then smirked. "But only if I take Shade with me." He said.

[LoneWolf]

"Sorry. No. You have no custody over her. So you have no right to take her either." Lawliet replied nonchalantly. "So you might as well just leave." He added a bit darkly.

[Platinum]

"You are wrong." He hissed out angerly. "I own her!"
"You do not own me!" Protested Shade.

[Akkii]

((Could Hatori or Tadao randomly walk in? Hee! ^^ Tado!))

[LoneWolf]

"You own her about as much as you own me or Gunn." Lawliet replied. "So no you don't."

((Yeah sure. XD Taodo would be funny. Since Moshi has hit Shade.))

((Tadao could overhear what Moshi said and walk in.))

Tadao was outside. He had been about to knock, but now just walked in. Something bad was going on. He'd overheard Moshi. And then Lawliet and Gunn, who he knew.

"I'm siding with them," he said to Moshi, entering the room. "You can't own a human being."
