"But you look beautiful." He told her, softly smiling.
Alice huffed in the background and mumbled something under her breath about if Akito hadn't been so stubborn she wouldn't have added nailpolish.

Akito, never having a mother that cared about her, fidgeted slightly at the sudden maternal love. It's not that she disliked it. It was just... she never felt that. She glanced away.
"No," she said simply. "If I can pass as a boy, I'm sure I can't be beautiful."

Akito turned back around, glaring slightly. The woman was so d**n stubborn!
"They all left," she said in surprise to Esme. "I-I... Why are you so convinced that I'm beautiful? Why do you want so badly to be kind to me?"

((My muse just died. 0.0 But I think it would be REALLY fun if somehow Ren-san and Esme had a little confrontation. XDDDD How shall that happen...? Hmmm... OH! I know! Alice takes Esme over to the Main House so they can 'hang out' with Aki and Devon, and then Esme suggests she and Alice leave Aki and Dev alone, and then they go out onto the gardens and meet Ren. ^.^))
