Azriel walked into the house warily listening to who was here. But he ignored whoever was and walked into the living room mostly to just see if anyone was around. Jasper sat on the floor fiddling with the huge chess board that him and Emmett played on. It looked like he was thinking of moves to use or something. Azriel glanced back around to see that Alice was also here. He was debating whether to bring Jade to see them all or if he should wait. So if Alice was looking his plans would be changing frequently. Really he was trying to avoid actually planning or thinking about it because of Alice and Edward. But he didn't think Edward was here.

Alice looked up at Azriel.
"So when am I gonna meet Jade, huh? She and I are going to be good friends if you bring her over," she said suddenly, staring at his eyes intensely.

Azriel blinked slightly surprised. "Er... I'm not sure." He muttered. "I suppose today if I can make up my mind." He was wary about bringing her into a house of vampires. Even if they were 'vegetarian' vampires.

"Okay... But you get to come with me while I get her." Azriel said simply. Then he wondered how he would contact her. He figured he could try just going to that park and waiting around to see if she would show up. Now he vowed to get her phone number so that he could contact her easier.

"Sure!" Alice replied. "C'mon," she pulled him out to her yellow porsche and climbed into the driver's seat, sticking the key in the ignition and starting it.

Alice soon parked next to the curb and got out of the car. Jade was already at the park, just sitting under a tree, with a book in her hands, reading.
"Hi there!" She said once she reached Jade, who had looked up from her book when she heard people coming. "I'm Alice, a friend of Azriel's."
Jade grinned and stood up, the book forgotten. "Hi Alice. I'm Jade."

Azriel walked behind Alice after they had reached the park. "Thought you might like to meet the family today." He explained to Jade. "Since Alice caught me planning." He added with a slight smirk. Since Alice could predict the future he had expected this in a way.

"Oh, right. You can predict the future, can't you?" Jade said excitedly.
"Yup," Alice replied. "You know, it's hard to believe you're over thirteen. We have another human friend that's shorter than you, and she's seventeen."
"Yeah, I am pretty tall," Jade agreed. "Oh, and before we go, I'll let my mom know I'll be gone a bit longer." She pulled out a small silver cell phone and dialed the number, then put it up by her ear. She told her mother she was heading to Brittney's house, which would give her an excuse to stay out longer and her mother agreed, saying she wanted Jade home by seven.
"I have to--"
"Be home by seven," Alice finished Jade's sentence. "I could overhear from the phone," she explained.
Jade nodded. "Well, let's go," she said happily, walking toward the car. Alice had already started walking after explaining.

Azriel just followed the two girls. "This will be interesting." He commented slipping into the car letting Jade take shotgun. He was probably the only one in the Cullen house without a drivers license. Not that he cared much about that. Unlike the others he didn't really mind how fast they went. "By the way Jade, Alice drives fast." He said with a smirk.

"Cool!" Jade replied, climbing into the car and looking back at Azriel gratefully for giving her the shotgun seat.
"That's the first time I got that from a human," Alice said with a laugh, getting in as well. She started the car and was suddenly driving very fast.
Jade looked surprised, but didn't look frightened. "I'm guessing you've never gotten in a wreck or else you wouldn't be driving this fast, right?"
"Of course I've never gotten in a wreck!" Alice replied honestly. "Jade, after you meet the family, want to come shopping with me?"
"Really?" Jade looked away from the window and at Alice.
"Sure!" Alice replied, grinning.
"I'd love to!" Jade said excitedly.

Alice nodded in agreement. "Toldja so," she smirked at him. Before long she pulled up by the house. It was new, since only during the summer had they moved in, and before that there had been no people living in this forest except for Shigure, Yuki, Kyo and Tohru.
"Wow! That house is huge! And so pretty!" Jade said excitedly. She climbed out of the car.
Alice chuckled. Jade was quite energetic. She got out of the car and was at the door to the house.
"Wow, vampires are really fast," Jade murmered, blinking in surprise. She got to the door in a few seconds.

Azriel nodded and slipped out of the car to stand beside Jade. "I think I mentioned that." He commented looking down at her. She may be taller but he was still eighteen... Okay three hundred but physically he was eighteen.

Azriel walked in with Jade. "I suppose you haven't before now." He replied simply.
Jasper glanced up. He was still in the same place on the floor as though he hadn't thought about moving. Really he hadn't though. "Hello." He greeted standing up. "I'm Jasper." He introduced himself.

"Hi, Jasper," Jade replied, holding out a hand to shake. "I'm Jade. Nice to meet you."
Yes, it was easy for her to calm herself down, though, more on the outside than on the inside. She was still pretty excited, but it wasn't like she'd be bouncing off the walls. And this seemed like a slightly quieter place.
