((Inspired by a sad vid Aki showed me.))
I held the flower in my hands. A daisy. I twirled it and looked at it.
I looked back at the gravestone infront of me. It read Lee Sato.
"Hi, Daddy." I said softly. There was no reply. I half expected there to be one, so I was dissapointed.
I waited a while before continuing.
"It's been a while. Mommy says your safe now. Mommy says your in heaven. Is heaven pretty?" I asked the gravestone. No reply.
I blinked a few times. "I'm in first grade now." I reach out gently and touched the gravestone. It was cold against my small, tan hand. "I drew a picture of you today." I informed him. "I did lots of things while you've been done. I learned how to tie shoes, and I can swim underwater, I can say my abc's normal and backwards..." I continued with a list of things that I had accomplished.
I touched the grave again. I felt my eyes water up.
"I really miss you, Daddy. I stay up all night, watching the window, just incase you come home. But Mommy says that you aren't coming home..." I wipped the tears away on the back of my jacket. "B-but I watch anyways. Just incase." I sniffed.
"I know t-that you don't l-like it when I cry. B-but I can't help myself!" My voice rose and I squezed my eyes shut and swallowed.
That didn't help. The tears flowed out of my eyes.
"I can't help it! I miss you so much, Daddy, I just want you home..." I sniffed again and touched the cold, hard, headstone.
"I love you, Daddy." I said to him.
And I could almost feel him there.
Watching me.
"I love you Daddy..." I said again.
((Not as good as the vid. Lol. If you can't twll, It's Shade pov.))
