Myra looked up a little surprised. Then she glanced at Kiyoshi. "So... If that's how Kiyoshi lost his arm; you could have lost organs?" That was hard to explain. "House is going to be an a** when trying to explain this." She muttered before looking at Tadao. "Papers then?" She asked. Even though she was technically off work she could still help out. Especially since Kiyoshi was here.

Tadao looked a little surprised. A CAT Scan? He nodded. "Err, I'll have to get House's permissio first," he said, scowling a bit. He wondered if he could get Chase to help. Oh, whatever.

As if on cue, House came back in.

"We should do a CAT Scan," Tadao told him immediately.

"Why?" House asked.

"You're not the only person who gets hunches," Tadao retorted, knowing that House thought he was always right.

"Fine. We'll do it. I'll get the paperwork," House said, for once being agreeable. Tadao looked stunned. House limped out once again.

"That was too easy. He already suspected it," Tadao said to nobody specific, staring at the door. "He'd never just go with something I say...."

Kira had stopped coughing for the most part.
"Lead the way." She said with a mumble. She looked over at Kiyoshi.
"Stay here." She told him.
"Can't really leave." He grumbled.

Tadao nodded. He carefully pulled her up, and even though he didn't think she'd need it, he kept her close so she could lean on him if needed.

((Bleh. I don't know how CAT Scans work. Are they like MRIs? I mean, is that how it goes? xP Despite watching House, I know very little.))

((There's like this machine thingy that you lay on and then they can the person's body... LW will be able to explain it better.))

Kira tried to be strong and not lean on Tadao, but she was incrediably weak and tired right now and just wanted to go home and curl up in bed and never get up ever again.

((And it's noisy, right? And they, like, go into this other part of the machine? Because that's what I mean by like an MRI. XD))

"Did Nii-san know what you were trying to do?" Tadao asked Kira as he led her into the room where they'd do the CAT Scan.

((There is basically a table thing that's pulled out of a slightly rounded entrance thing. Then the person lays on it and there are buttons press then it pulls back in. No one is supposed to be in the room aside from the person in the machine; I do believe. XD But it then basically scans the body. Like a special X-Ray that scans organs and such instead of bones.))

((Yeah, okay, that's what I thought. xDD That's what I was thinking of. And I know about the other people not supposed to be in there thing. The doctor's watch from another room, looking at the scan on the computer.))

Tadao had Kira lay down on the bed thing ('cause I dunno what to call it. xD), then left the room quickly, instructing her to stay as still as possible while they did the scans. He went into the other room.
"Oh, hey," he said when he saw Chase.
"Hey, Tadao. House told me to help," he replied in his Australian accent, watching the computer screen while Kira was being scanned.

((What organ is she missing? XDD Or is she missing one? =doesn't really know anything right now=))

((She's missing her ovaries, her left lung, and her spleen. XD))


Kira lay in the bed, keeping still even though she really did not like laying in one of these. Though she did what to know what was wrong with her.

Tadao took a seat and leaned over to stare at Chase's computer.

"Holy sh**..." Chase murmured staring wide-eyed at the screen.

"Oh, G*d," Tadao said, seeming incredibly surprised when the scans showed. "She's missing her ovaries, her spleen, and her left lung," he gasped.

"We'll have to have these shown to House," Chase suggested.

"What's wrong?" Kira called out from her place alone in the room, unsure if she could move yet. It's not like she had been in one of these before.

[Akkii]

Neither Tadao or Chase were able to respond. They had the scanner turned off, and Tadao went in to help Kira out.

"You're missing your ovaries, left lung, and your spleen," he told her, still seeming shocked. How the HE** would he explain that to House? G*d.

Kira seemed shocked as well, but got over it quickly.
"Well... it was to be expected." She murmured to herself. "Looks like I'll have to make up a story for this one, too." It then occured to her that she would never be able to do any major running or have any children ever again. Those thoughts were pretty depressing.
"I-I want to call Hatori." She said softly to them.

Chase had entered with Tadao, and nodded. She'd want to tell her husband, of course. But he was still trying to figure out how she lost those organs.

Tadao simply handed her a cell phone while leading her out of the room.
"We're going to show the scans to House. You call Nii-san," he instructed in a doctorly tone. He sounded a lot like his older brother at that instant. He gave his mother-slash-sister-in-law (O.O) an awkward hug, then led Chase away.

((But Shade and Tadao never married. XD))

Kira nodded once and quickly dailed his number. She knew he would still be awak eeven at this dreadful hour.
"Hatori?" She asked a bit softly and nervous when he picked up.

((Oooh, right. xD I shall modify. He still considers her that, though. LoL))

"Something wrong, Kira?" He asked. He hadn't known why'd she'd been out late, and hadn't really pressed the subject with her. By his tone of voice, you could tell he was reading something, or working on paper work. But still paying attention to the speaker.

"I'm at the hospital." Kira told him. "I was with some family... something terrible happened. Kiyoshi lost his right arm... and I'm missing several organs. I think it would be better explained in person." She told him, managing to keep her voice calm and soft.

[Akkii]

There was silence, then Hatori hastily muttered, "All right," sounding shocked, hanging up.

It really wasn't long until he came. He'd probably sped in his car. He met with Tadao, who was now rejoined with Kira.
"Have you told House yet?"

"No, we're still looking for some sort of excuse to give him," Tadao responded to his older brother.

Kira looked tired.
"Just tell them I gave them up a while back in transplant or something. Or somebody jumped me and ripped out my guts to sell them on the black market... but I don't have any wounds on my stomach so that wouldn't really work..." Kira said, looking down and thinking. The woman would think of something soon ebough. She was a modern day genuis, after all.
