State of Fear(Kira)

((Had trouble with a title too so I picked a title from a book off the shelf... XD))

Myra shuddered. It was cooling, going into fall. Since summer was at an end. Plus work had been bad. They had lost a patient and it had all been hectic. She was glad to be going home. The only reason she hadn't drove today was because she just felt she didn't really need to. Since the house wasn't that far away. She was surprised when she was grabbed from behind and a cloth was set over her mouth. Despite her struggling she passed out.

She was stuck in a room that had a cot, a table and a chair. Myra vaguely remembered the last couple days. Curling up on the cot she really hoped she could get out of here soon, and alive. She missed Chiasa and Kiyoshi. The woman just wanted to go home.

She shuddered and rubbed her arm slightly and jumped when the door opened. That was unexpected, she wondered why someone was coming in. It was irregular for them to come in at off times. The person looked like a vampire. Crap. She tensed and pulled away off the cot onto the floor. He just smirked.

"No need to be scared." The vampire replied; he had a suave voice.

This wasn't good.

She felt the burning of the bite but it wasn't quite right. Not like when she had been bit by Kiyoshi. Pulling away she found that, that was no use. Since this was a vampire, who was pretty much invincible. But that didn't matter. The vampire pulled away and took her head turned it to look at her neck.

"You've been bit before." He stated letting go of her.

Myra looked up only to see he was gone. She hissed and held her neck where she had been bitten and sunk to her knees. It burned but not like it probably should have. Not to mention she wasn't passing out, and when she pulled her hand away and looked at the blood mixed with silver liquid. Leaning forward she put her head down on her knees. The burning was subsiding but everything was blurry and her head hurt.

She hardly heard the door reopen.

((Gragh... I had most of it set in my mind but... It was all blurry when I tried to type it. XD I figured I would skip around a bit so Kiyoshi can come in... Bleh... It's really bad... xP If it doesn't work I might redo it... XD))

"Myra!" Yelled Kiyoshi. He rushed over to the woman, picking her up delcately while wipping blood away from his cheek. He stared in horror at the blood coming from her neck.
"Myra! Myra, can you hear me?" He shook her slightly, wanting to be sure that she wasn't dead. He was too scared and horrorfied to cry or to think about anything else at this moment.

Myra was surprised by Kiyoshi and took a moment to realize who it was. So she had jumped, though it was obvious she was living. The woman shook her head slightly, trying to clear her head.

She lifted her head up to glance up at Kiyoshi. She nodded slightly and leaned over against him. Her thoughts were just hoping this wasn't a dream or something. "K-Kiyoshi..." She stuttered. Why wasn't she passed out, or feeling the burning from the bite? It didn't make sense to her.

((Agh! *head desk*))

Kiyoshi pulled her closer.
"Yeah, yeah. We're gonna get outta here." Kiyoshi told her, before heading to the door, trying to be gentle with her body.

((Assuming he had picked her up. XD))

Myra nodded slightly and relaxed slightly. She was out of here. The woman vaguely realized this was the second time she had been held prisoner. Though technically it was because of Kiyoshi, she didn't blame him. Of course she found it hard to blame him for anything...
"It doesn't hurt..." She mumbled, though he probably wouldn't understand right off the bat. "The bite." She added simply.

[Platinum]

"That's not good." Mumbled Kiyoshi. "Not good not good." He kept muttering. He had disabled the security cameras on the way in here and caused some large explosions on the other side of the building to distract all the gaurds, so leaving was really pretty easy.

He carried her out of the building, then to his car where he set her down in the passenger seat before he scurried off to his side.

Myra curled up in the seat setting her hand on the bite and putting pressure on it, to stop the bleeding. She winced as she did so. It was numb though. Which was odd.
"Where's Chiasa?" She asked suddenly. They had threatened Chiasa before, which had kept Myra from really trying to get out...

"Kyoshi and Connor are watching her." Kiyoshi told her, pulling out of the parking lot, the tires screeching against the pavement as he pressed the petal to the floor of the car and sped out of there as fast as he could.

"Calm down..." Myra mumbled, she felt like when she had been taking the sleeping pills. Tired and out of it. She pulled herself up and leaned against the door with her legs pulled up. Oddly enough she didn't know what to say.
"You know who they were?" She asked voice a little rough.

[Platinum]

"Loan Sharks." Spat out Kiyoshi. He didn't want to seem to calm down, but did slow downn for Myra's sake.
"How do you feel? Any pain?" He asked her anxiously n ow, trying to get his mind off of the men who did who-knows-what with his girlfriend.

Myra glanced over at him. "Not really." She mumbled. The woman rubbed her arms slightly and felt that she wouldn't tell Kiyoshi what exactly had happened, since he already had a temper. At least he had slowed down. She had a few bruises and possibly some mental damage... But otherwise she was just relieved to be the h*ll out of that place. The woman shuddered.
"We... We need to get Chiasa..." She mumbled rubbing her face.

[Platinum]

Kiyoshi nodded.
"Okay." He said calmly as he drove in the direction of his sister's house to pick up his child.
"What... what did they do to you, Myra?" Kiyoshi asked softly.

[LoneWolf]

Myra stomach clenched and she thought she was going to throw up. "You're not going to... Get even angrier, are you?" She asked voice low as she glanced over at him only to hide her face again.

Kiyoshi glanced over at her.
"Depends on what it is." He said, trying to control himself so his voice didn't come out as a vicious hiss.

Myra swallowed and shifted in the seat still keeping her head down. She took a breath and attempted to calm herself down so that she didn't shake or anything.
"I'll tell you once you've stopped the car." She mumbled, really wanting to avoid being sick or something.

[Platinum]

Kiyoshi pulled off the side of the road and turned to look at Myra-he hadn't buckled when he threw her in.
"Tell me everything." He told her, capturing her face with his large hands so that the woman would look him in the eye.
"Now."

Myra swallowed again pulling away slightly. She wasn't sure how to tell him 'everything'. "It... They..." The woman trailed off unable to continue at the moment. She was attempting, but it was hard. She just wanted to avoid it. Completely.
"They... Forced me into things..." Why she had trouble saying it, may have been the fact that she wanted to avoid mentioning it at all. Her voice was mumbled. She glanced off to the side.

Kiyoshi snarled and punched the dash board.
"Da**it!" He roared out. "I should have been there! I should have protected you!" He snarled out again.

[LoneWolf]

Myra flinched as he punched the dashboard. "I-I'm fine... Though..." She mumbled in a futile attempt to calm him down.
"You... Didn't know..." G*d! Why couldn't she talk? She was just having trouble...

Kiyoshi closed his eye and inhaled.
"We need to hurry up." He said, his voice still a low, deep growl. He started the car again and got back on the highway.
"We can patch you up at Kyoshi's and Connor's." It wasn't hard to tell he was avoiding the subject for both of their sakes.
