Lacey bolted through the trees. Leaving anything she touched crippled on the forest floor from her speed. Her new found speed left herself wanting to learn more. Random tree branches spread and leave scratches on her face. Ingoring her stinging cheeks she rounds a corner and slides to a stop.
(Horrible start. Sorry xP)

Drake was sitting at a tree. He was enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. He turned to see a young girl slide on the leaves that have fallen to the forest floor. She didn't human, plus she ran faster than a human ever could. "Hello," Drake said as he stood up.

Lacey tensed and looked around to see a man. In the middle of the hills?
"Erm, Hi..." She said curious and confused.

Drake looked down at the girl, since he was much taller than her. "Whats the hurry? Is someone chasing you?"

Drake gave her a half smile, half smirk, he shook her hand, "my name is Drakewing, but I'd perfer it if you just call me Drake." He stopped shaking her hand.

Lacey noticed he had scars. A lot of them. DEEP looking ones. Ones that would take forever to heal. "What happened to you?" She aasked still looking pointedly at his arms.

Avoice laughed playfully behind one of the trees. "You look 17 young one." a European accented voice came as a girl stepped out, only looking a year or so older than Lacey. Her dirty- golden blond hair shimmered around her, flowing down to the small of her back.
