"Well, that sounds lovely, now doesn't it?" Kyome said sarcastically, making herself comfortable and turning on the TV. "Really, Drake, I'll be fine. No need to worry"

Drake raised an eyebrow, then stood up," alright then. If you need anything, just yell," and with that, Drake walked out the front door, and headed toward where Ayra was.

Kyome nodded and focused onto the TV, turning it to Scare tactics on Scifi. She sighed and curled the blanket more around her, bracing herself for when she would feel the side affects.
Ayra had dropped to the floor of the lake, and was now sitting cross legged on a rock, listening to the currents around her and still cooling off. Her hair was floating everywhere around her and was catching the moon beams. She shook her head again, trying to get the thought of Drake dying out of her mind.

Drake looked around. Ayra wasn't here, unless she was underwater. So, not being stupid, going somewhere else, he took off his boots and shirt and dove into the water. He swam around until he could faintly see Ayra. He floated down to the bottom of the lake and, slowed by the water, walked toward her.

Ayra sensed Drake coming and turned around to see him. without even knowing it, Ayra kicked off the rock at full speed and hurled herself into his arms She smothered her face into his bare chest and heaved a sob before getting herself together and getting control of herself. he blushed and pushed herself a little ways from Drake, looking embarrassed.

Drake smiled, and hugged her back. Then he walked away a bit, turned to Ayra, and smirked. He wanted to have another race. But this time, he would swim in his human form.

Ayra rolled her eyes as she kind of felt what he wanted to do. She smiled slightly and relaxed her shoulders, faking Drake out by rapidly kicking off and zooming past him, swimming furiously.

Drake pushed himself off, using his might, speeding through the water, past Ayra, but only by a few yards, He started to kick his legs, and his arm. He wasn't used to swimming in his human form, but, he won't go into his dragon form this time.

Ayra laughed, air bubbles coming from her lips and sped up past Drake and kept going, not giving him another chance to catch up.

Drake, giving up on swim, sank to the bottom. Landing on his feet, he started to run. It was slow at first, but soon, he ran as fast as Ayra swam. Soon, he was right beside her, smirking at her.

Ayra frowned at Drake and mouthed 'cheater' at him. She laughed though, and pushed through the water, using the currents to speed her even more up. Ayra waggled her eyebrows at Drake as she left him in bubbles again.

Drake couldn't run any faster, so he slowed down to a stop, and bowed to Ayra, admitting his defeat.

"Yeah Yeah Yeah, you still got beaten." Ayra laughed, ducking back down and arching her back so her hair would be out of her eyes. "Sorry for ditching you at the house, by the way. I just had a bad thought that disturbed me."
