"You stupid dragon." Marcus hissed. "He came to get rid of that poor excuse of mankind... even for a dragon, Damion Claw-wing. That was when I met him. I liked him, and so we chatted. He stayed in a guest room for the night, then the next day, he told me about training to fight off a potential enemy and left." Kyome was shaking hard now, her fear had turned to anger the second Marcus had offended her dead lover. It was hard not to turn around and rip an arm off Marcus. Ayra didn't have that control when she felt Kyomes' pain, and blasted Marcus in the torso, then came and slapped him with a still red- hot hand, leaving a hand shaped singe on his cheek. Then, she tromped away to incinerate the last body, leaving Marcus to Drake.

((Darkclaw isn't one to just walk up to someone and spend the night. He waits, watches, then talkes. And he wouldn't spend any night anywhere except wherever is is, XD. But, I'll go with it.))

Drake growled louder, hatred in his eyes.This wann't getting anywhere. "My patience is wearing thin."

Marcuses head whipped to the side. "I have nothing to say. unless you ask, i wont answer. And if you have no questions, release me from this tree. Now"

Drake grabbed his sword, and pulled it out. But before Marcus had time to run, Drake transformed into his dragon form, and pinned him down using one of his claws. He growled, which, in his dragon form, sounded much deeper and more threatening than in his human form.

"Ooh scary" Marcus muttered, sounding bored. "Go ahead, rip a hole into my chest, see if I care! being one of the only beings older than you, I've been through much worse than a Dragon." He glared into Drakes eyes. "You do not scare me in the least Dragon"

[Grr]

Now that did it. Drake opened his mouth, but didn't roar or bite Marcus. Instead, a white light began to glow. It was small, and gradually grew larger.

"You yawning fool" Marcus scoffed, no clue what was about to happen

The light in Drake's mouth has filled his entire mouth. He moved his claw and the light surged out of his mouth. The loght was really a destructive force, and if it hits a living thing dead on, it'll die.

Marcus didn't even think. He just rolled to the side and stood up. Then with a evil cackle, he was gone, the only thing left of him was a shread of his cloak and a piece of paper. Kyome picked both up. on the paper, one word was written. 'Fools'. Kyome crumpled it up and yelled in fury and frustration. Tears came from her eyes, and she fell to her knees. "He got away. How could he get away?" She screeched to the sky. Then she bent down and sobbed. Ayra came over to her and leaned over her. Her eyes were full of angry tears too. "He WILL pay for this Kyome, trust me. Just give it-" "Time?" Kyome looked up at Ayra. "We don't have time! We don't even have a safe place to go anymore!they know were here, and Marcus will just come back stronger with Aro and the whole elite army." "I know." Ayra said simply. She looked to Drake. "Thank you for saving me... again" Kyome nodded in agreement, then bent her head back down and kept sobbing and mumbling "I have to avenge Damion. i have to honor him. I miss him so much!" And other things to low to catch.

Drake was breathing heavily. His arms were shaking, his vision got blurry. He collasped on his side. He transformed back to his human form, still breathing heavily. For the first moment ever, Drake looked vularnable.

Ayr rushed over to him. "Drake!" Kyome looked up, the tears stopping. She ran over to him too. "Whats wrong Drake?" Ayra asked, worry covering her face. she turned to Kyome "Get Drakes sword." Kyome nodded and ran to get it. "Drake, talk tome!" Ayra said, her worry turning to fear

[Grr]

Drake stood up, but need his sword to keep him steady. "I'm fine. It's just the attack I just used." He looked over to where Marcus was when he released his attack, which left a crater in the ground. "Whenever I use it, I leaves me worn out. I-I just lost myself in anger there for a moment."

Ayra put an hand on Drakes arm to help him steady himself. "It's okay, I did it too... multiple times. I've been waiting to do that for fifty years. Well, the slap was at least, I never thought about blasting him like that before." She smiled at kyome. "Your the only one who controlled herself Kyome." Kyome grimaced "I wish I hadn't though." She said, not even feeling bad for it. "He deserves it." She clenched her fists so hard, they turned white. Then she released them. "Sorry, is there anything you need Drake? i can go run and get it really quick... If not, I'm just gonna run and hunt a little." Ayra eyed her, and she rolled her eyes. "For food. not Marcus" She sighed.

"No. No, I'm fine," Drake replied, even though he was a vampire, even he needed rest after using that attack. "I just need rest."

"Well, I think the cullens house is closer... they let us build a little house a little into the forest... it's not much, but you can crash there tonight. Unless you want to get to your cave, which i totally understand." Ayra said, walking Drake to the edge of the clearing and sitting him down on a uprooted tree

Drake sat down," Let's go to this 'Cullens' place. I don't think I'd be able to make it back to my home."
