"You really are a foolish boy. I'm not going to give her up that easily." He said to Kirucu.

"Well I'm not going to leave her." Kirucu replied simply stepping forward. He was trying to figure out how to attack Kaiser best. Then he met Kaiser with a punch aimed for the jaw. Hopefully it would hurt.

Kaiser's head snapped back with a sickening sound. Kaiser snarled and also attacked the smaller boy, his fist colliding with his nose.

Kirucu jumped back as his head also was snapped back. Though he had probably sustained more damage. Kaiser was stronger, and bigger.
"I thought you said you didn't care about Rhea?" He growled out; pulling back a bit, trying to figure out his next move.

"I don't. But I still want her." Kaiser said. "I want everything! Money, women, power.... I want it all!" He grinned and threw his arms up in the air for emphasis.

"Well you can't have it all." Kirucu snapped knocking into the other vampire, not sure what the result would be. He was just trying to get Kaiser out, and not hurt Rhea.

Kaiser was thrown across the room, Rhea had only managed to scramble out of the way. The wall was slightly dented now in the vague shape of Kaiser's body. Kaiser smirked.
"You're a strong one, kid." Kaiser commented, slidding from underneath Kirucu's body. "You're detirmended, aren't you?"

Kirucu growled. "Yes." This would be a lot easier if Devon had actually come like he said he would. Kaiser didn't seem stupid enough to risk his life, or after life, whatever...
"Go away." He snapped.

Kirucu let out a growl taking a step after the other vampire. Then paused and looked back at Rhea. Kaiser could go, he wasn't leaving Rhea alone after that. He walked over to the girl and pulled her into a hug. He hated Kaiser. Hated him fiercely. To think he'd never really held a grudge against anyone, now he hated someone. And was unhappy with Devon for not coming. Aggravated with himself for not making it here sooner, or catching up with them.
"I'm sorry, I didn't come quick enough." He mumbled the apology.

"I did call Devon..." Kirucu said trailing off. He had tried to find her before Kaiser did anything to her. Then he had failed. That was a guilty feeling for him. Next time he would have to call someone else for help. Don't call Devon, that's for sure...

Rhea looked really broken now.
"Devon didn't come... ?" She asked meekly.
Democritus didn't come... ? Why did he leave me here... ? Rhea whimpered.

Kirucu wished he hadn't told her. He could have easily been angry with Devon himself, without upsetting Rhea too. The younger vampire kissed the top of her head. "It's alright... I..." He wasn't sure how to make up for Devon not coming. Hopefully he had a good excuse...

"I'm sure he still does..." Kirucu replied softly. "Maybe he couldn't find you..." He suggested. Though if he had went to Alice he could have found out... Though he was trying to make her feel better, not worse.

Rhea stood up now, pushing her long hair off of her shoulders.
"Thanks." She mumbled back, taking ahold of his arm and resting her head on his shoulder.

"Anything for you." Kirucu replied allowing her to lean against him as they walked, and take his hand. He pushed the door open as they walked out. "I love you." He said.
