Leo walked Zoey to his appartment room. She was his first friend to be at his 'house' so to speak. He opened the door," Mom, I'm home. And I brought a friend."
A voice came from the kitchen area," Oh. Leo, you made a friend! Thats good." Leo's mom came out to the living room area. "Why hello there. What's your name?"

The woman looked at her son," Leo, I'm glad you made a friend. But when you want to bring them home, you need to call first."
"Sorry mom," Leo replied," but she wanted to come over. Her parents are away until later on tonight. They'll be home around 8. So, can Zoey say over til then?"
Leo's mom blinked, then smiled," well, she's already here. So, I don't see a problem with it."
"Thanks mom. Zoey let's go in my room, and we can work togather on our homework, ok?"

Zoey nodded. She flashed Leo's mother a winning smile, said, "It was nice to meet you, ma'am," and then followed Leo to his room.
"Your mom's nice," she commented, plopping down on his bed and opening her bag, pulling out a history text book and opening it up. It was her best subject, so she wanted to start with that. "I like her," the carrot-top girl added.

"Yeah, she is nice," Leo smiled," see? I told you you'd like her. He sat in his computer chair and pulled out his history book. "Hey. You are all right, right," he asked, just to make sure. He was worried about his only friend. If she was still freightened about what happened to her.

"I'm fine, so long as I'm never alone with my uncle again," Zoey replied, shrugging. Yes, she was fine. Though, she was definitely still scared...

Zoey shrugged. "Yeah, sure I can," she said, smiling at Leo. She had finished her history pretty easily and had moved on to some math problems. She watched him with her pretty eyes, waiting for him to say something.
