Sarah finished the rest of her salad and downed the rest o her sparkling drink. She set aside her garbage and took out her notebook again. She started drawing a face, anime style.

Austin looked at her notebook, it was the same one she took out in 3rd period. "What are you doing," he asked poltely.

"Drawing." She said distantly. The rough shape of the face was done and she was working on where to put the eyes and nose.

Sarah put her pencil to her mouth, looking at the window. Abruptly she got up, murmuring "I'll be right back." She picked up her trash and went to drop it off. Her shoulders were tense as she expected anything or everything to happen. Little glances and silence was all she got from the other kids until she threw away her trash and turned around. A huge football shaped guy, one who was taller and definitely stronger than her blocked her way back to the table. She looked up to him, looking at him coldly. Her eyes turned from gray to sea blue. "Move." She said, not violently, but like her voice was a coiled snake, waiting to strike.

The jock smirked," hey babe. Lose whitey over there," he used his thumb to point at Austin, who wasn't looking at them at the time," and be my girl. I'll treat you better than he ever would."

The boy smeered at her," look. I'm tryng to be nice here." He lightly grabbed her wrist, trying to show her that he wouldn't hurt her, for now.

Sarah slightly whirled, elbowing the guy in the side. She wrenched her hand from his grasp. "First budd, I don't even know your name, second, never, Ever touch me when I am trying to go." She got into his face, staring coldly at him. "You got it?"

The boy's grip tightened. "Look. If you stay with him..." "HEY!!! LET HER GO!!" The boy turned around, only to have his throat is Austin's grip. Austin's eyes were not how they looked before. His eye's dulled, and his pupils were gone. "Let her go," Austin said in a cold tone. The boy did what he was told, with fear in his eyes. "Say you're sorry," Austin demanded, in the same tone. "I-I'm sorry," the boy said, but it was grabbled because of Austin's hold on his throat," now leave." He let go of the jock's throat, and he fell to the floor, and scarmbled away. Austin's eyes returned to normal. His shoulders slumped, his head drooped. "Wha- what happened?" His attitude was completely different than a few minutes ago. He collapsed, unconscience. ((A good post if I do say so myself,  )) |

Sarah dropped down to Austin. "Hey!" She exclaimed. "Get up!" She yelled to him, trying to wake him up. Everyone was staring at them, completely quiet. The blond girl looked Sarah with distaste murmuring loudly "Now you know why everyone hates him- He is a freak, Just like you." Then she ran off on the direction of the jock. The period bell rang, so everyone got up, keeping distance between them and the two on the floor. soon, they were all outside, walking to their next class.
"Austin!" Sarah yelled.

Sarah slapped Austin lightly. "Get up!" She screamed hysterically. "I am NOT doing a sick reenactment of sleeping beauty, so get you a$$ up!" She said, close to tears.

"You stupidly took care of a stupid jock I was about to handle by my self." She clued him in. "Then you feinted." Her eyes had gone back to their dark blue. "And, well, your eyes looked like they had gone all black."

Austin looked at her as if she was crazy," what are you talking about?" It was clear that he had no memory of what just happened.

Sarah cocked her head to him. "You really don't remember anything? What is the last thing you remembered before you blacked out?" She asked in a rush. So this was the trouble the office clerk had talked to him about.

"Woa-" Sarah was cut off. "AUSTIN RED! SARAH WILLHOITE!" a voice boomed from behind them. "WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?" Sarah turned around to see the vice principal Toke, who was built like a drill Sargent glaring with blazing eyes at the two of them. Behind him was the girl and the jock. "Do what?" Sarah asked
"You know well enough what! causing a commotion like that. Both of you, My office- NOW!" Mr/sarge. Toke commanded them. The two behind him snickered, and scampered off together to their next class.

"Yes sir," Austin said. He may not know what he did, but he believed that he didn't do anything.
((Very nice having a 'drill sargent' be the vice principal, XD))
