Blake turned back to Aura, and a song came on. He liked this song," Aura, care to dance?" He asked with his right hand out to take her hand.

"Want to dance?" Jack offered. He wasn't sure if this girl was interested in him, but he wanted to make it up to her for spilling drinks all over her.
"Hmph!" Mimi said, turning on her heel and walking away to find a different fool to dance with.
"Sure," Aurora said lightly.

Blake took Aura's hand and he danced to the music with her. He was actually, and turely, happy be be with another person. He led in the dance of course. This dance took his mind off of everything. His metal arm, his loss, everything.

Jack smiled. "Okay." He took her hands, leading her to a less crowded space, further from the flashing lights.
"Name's Jack. You?" He asked as he danced with her. It wasn't a dance that matched the music. It was almost like a waltz. His steps were smooth, with a grace that could have been learned only in a different century.

Blake , still leading, said," well, I'm not very good alone. I'm good when I have a partner." Soon the song was over, Blake kept dancing with Aura, the next song was a 'slow song.' Blake liked slow songs. He noticed that Mimi still looked a bit steamed. He smirked.

((Power-playing. Wouldn't have bothered Mimi too much. By now she'd be dancing with another guy by now. We can just pretend you didn't do those last two sentences, though. No need to modify. ;D))
Mimi was dancing with a different guy now. Tall, dark hair, bright eyes, and a fairly good reputation at school. The dance sucked, in her oppinion, but Japanese guys at high schools tended to be very attractive. She grinned when the slow song started playing. The guy already looked hypnotized. She kind of wanted to go after that Yuki guy, next. But something told her he didn't even want to be there. She might be able to change that.

Aurora grinned at Blake. "Mimi's so annoying." In a quieter voice, she added, "She's a vampire. Not like the one that killed your parents. The type of vampire she is isn't venomous. She feeds on humans, but it's... 'against the rules' for her kind to kill people. They're relatively safe, but all in all, she's a b**ch, anyway."

Blake grinned and said in a quiet tone," I knew that she was a b**** just by the clothes she's wearing. But I didn't know the she was a vampire, but I know that she wasn't like Kai..." He meant to stopped before he finished the name, he hoped Aura wouldn't ask about Kaiser. He continued to dance though, hoping she wouldn't even know Kaiser.

"Arata Snorri," she replied. Yeah, it was an odd name. But there were worse.
It wasn't too hard to keep up with him. She liked to dance though she wasn't an expert or anything. He still looked better, though she didn't think to much about it. Since she wasn't really the type to think about boys or anything like that.

Jack smiled at her. "Nice to meet you," he said. She looked like one of the girls that he'd seen in several of his past lives. He could tell she wasn't the person he thought she was, though, considering this girl was certainly human. If she were a Blue Blood, she'd practically be glowing in this lighting. Only to his, and other Blue Bloods' eyes, though. Humans didn't see it.
All he knew was that she looked a lot like a girl that he... dare he even think it?--nearly fell in love with. But that girl had been killed centuries ago.
"Nice to meet you," he said politely. He thought back on a similar time. About the seventeenth century, right? He hadn't realized he was projecting it right onto her. It was him, in different attire, dancing with a girl that looked very similar to Snorri herself, but it wasn't quite Snorri. They were dancing in a fully-lit ballroom. The girl was wearing a very elegant dress, to say the least.
Shoot, he had projected the memory onto her! She'd see it! He kicked himself inwardly.

Aura smiled at Blake, not asking about his unfinished sentence. He'd already told her about Kaiser. She remembered.
"She's more than that, though. That's just Mimi Force, the person she's living as right now. The Blue Bloods are angels banished from heaven. She's the Angel of Death," Aura murmured. "Jack, over there," she nodded at Mimi's twin. "...He's the Angel of Destruction, I think..."

Blake looked confused. "Wha?" He shook his head," how about after the dance you can explain the the different vampires? Ok?" He asked in a quiet tone. He didn't really want for her to spend the whole dance to explain something to him. She asked him to the dance, he didn't want her to waste her time.

Aurora nodded. "The angel thing... I don't know much. I hear rumors. Anyway, yeah, I'll explain later." She grinned. Now that he knew about vampires, it wouldn't hurt to explain to him. She continued dancing. The slow song was pretty. The singer was a girl, and had a pretty voice. It was Heaven. It was one of the fewer new versions that was actually slow.

Once the image had just sort of popped into her head, she kind of blinked, surprised. It was incredibly random and didn't even feel like her mind projecting it. Though she just tried to ignore it, even if it seemed oddly real...
"So,ah, I don't think I've seen you at school." She stated just to talk.

Jack shrugged. "I guess we just don't have the same classes," he stated mildly, as if nothing had happened. Best not to dwell on that little mistake. Usually he didn't do stuff like that. He gave her another polite smile. "Sorry again about that," he said.
She was pretty, but he didn't need a familiar right now. He wasn't like Mimi, going after all the boys she could and drawing them in. He could do that, but he didn't want to at the moment. He had enough, anyway.
The song changed to a different beat. 'Time is Running Out' by Muse. "Mind dancing with me a little longer? This is my song," he stated lightly. It was, he loved this song.

Blake continued danceing. When the music changed, he danced to the beat. He wasn't very good with fast dances, but he tryed to make it look good.

((Maybe. Trust me, for cutest couple it would either be the twins--Mimi/Jack, Jack or Snorri, or Mimi and... whoever she's dancing with. xDDD It all depends. xDDDDDDD))
Aura grinned and danced as well as she could. She didn't move a lot. Just little shakes of the hips, turning now and then, doing a sort of... I-don't-know-what-to-do type of dance.

Snorri nodded slightly. That was the logical reply anyway... Now he was asking her to dance some more. Why not? Was her thought again.
"Sure, lets dance to your song." She replied smirking slightly. Well, at least the dance did have good music. Who knows, maybe she would thank her uncle for sending her off to the dance.

Jack smirked back at her. He stopped doing the waltz-like dance, starting to move along with the beat, letting go of her.
He was debating whether or not to ask her on a little date for after the dance. Why not have a little fun? He couldn't help being interested in her....
